Located near the State Inland Revenue office, this stall is selling one of the best soup noodles in Ipoh. The generous servings of meat in each bowl of noodles make the pork noodles here one to crave for. Other hot sellers are the fried sui kow and the pepper pork stomach and chicken soup. Cong Yin also serves the fusion-style Cashewnut Noodles and Cauliflower Manchoorian.
